Corpag’ story started more than 50 year ago on Curaçao in the Dutch Caribbean. Our logo still displays the house in which Corpag built its foundation. From early on, Corpag has focused on optimizing safe and efficient global business and investment.

In the 1970’s and 1980’s Corpag focussed on US real estate investments and transatlantic corporate structures under the wings of a large Curaçao law firm. In the 1990’s Corpag reinvented itself under new management and ownership. It was the start of Corpag as a global corporate services provider with the opening of our first international office in Miami in 1996.

Since the start of this millennium, Corpag continues expanding its global presence and services as trust and corporate services provider through organic growth and with a strong focus on private wealth and corporate clients.

Today, Corpag continues to be managed by its third-generation leadership, with over twenty offices on six continents. Besides providing high quality services to our private wealth, corporate and funds clients, we focus on investing in human capital and our environment and doing business in a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive manner.

Our extensive collaboration with H&CO ensures our clients can integrate first class CPA (tax & accounting) services in the USA, global IT (SAP Business One), HR and many more services as well.

Regulatory Compliance

Society has deemed us a gatekeeper of the integrity of the financial system. Having accepted the responsibility of this role, we must be careful to comply with this important task. Compliance is not only a role for compliance officers, but is the work of every colleague and is part of each process and activity.
The main internal focus of Corpag is to maintain full integrity and regulatory compliance throughout the entire organization ensuring reliable and safe service to our clients. Compliance and risk management go further than solely client acceptance and background checks; transaction monitoring, adverse media checks, fiscal integrity, employee screening and our commitment to social and environmental sustainability play a large role in our day-to-day compliance processes.
We practice what we preach by executing the following compliance objectives.
  • Strong three lines model throughout
    the entire organization.
  • Strict integrity standards and ethical code applicable worldwide and embedded in local compliance policies and procedures.
  • Robust compliance and integrity education plan for all colleagues.
  • Best-in-class ESG framework and Fiscal Integrity Policy as part of our corporate identity and conduct.
Moreover, we try to fulfil an active role in relevant branch organizations like ACAMS, STEP, CIFA and Holland Quaestor and stimulate self-regulatory efforts like quality labels. We fall under regulatory supervision for our licenses and registrations in various jurisdictions in which we operate. Regulatory information on the relevant jurisdiction can be found on our countrypage.
